Helen Leah Conroy structures, negotiates and drafts agreements for businesses that provide consulting and other professional services, or that create or use others’ patented technology, software or other works protected by the copyright laws. She works with clients to develop forms of agreement for their recurring transactions, to advise on complex as well as routine “one-time” deals, and to improve their negotiations. Ms. Conroy also counsels clients in “triage” situations where agreements need to be renegotiated or where settlements need to be reached to avoid litigation.
